In our current business environment everyone is doing some form of training. However as you may well recognize, training is a necessary exercise that must be undertaken so as to become competitive in the arena of providing a quality product/service to your clients. Training is an investment, hence businesses would want to be able to have the planned benefits of training:

We have recently upgraded all our programs to be compliant with the National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs). We are fully certified with TVET Counctil (Barbados) in Train-the-Trainer and our Assessor-of-Training.
